I work on the IT systems and everyday processes people rely on. My interests span infrastructure and security, from how a system is put together to how people use it.
A TrueNAS system running on repurposed hardware, with mirrored storage, private remote access, media streaming and local camera recording.
Built around the constraints of an apartment: noise, heat, space and limited Ethernet.

I enjoy getting to the bottom of a problem and understanding why it happened. I’m curious about new technology and where it can make someone’s work easier. I learn by building things, testing ideas and working through the results. The projects here reflect what I’m exploring and how I approach technical problems.
